Ursula Inspired EOTD

I didn't really know what I was going for when I started doing this, I just know I wanted to use my Anniv. Palette that I am in love with. I ended up called this Ursula because the purple, black and grey instantly reminded me of her. Since I don't have lashes [and can't use them], I just tried to make my bottom lashes octopus-like. I made my bottom waterline white to signify her white hair.
