I think you've got it! I have the ELF line so I better get to practicing :)
there are a lot of things i wouldn't necessarily do, the winged eyeliner is one of them, but i like them on other people. just like how i like red lipstick on others but i'm afraid to try it (well, i just did and the color that i got was perfect, not too hooker like).
