NOTD: Neon-licious!

Hey Guys!

Oh Em Gee, it's been FOREVER since I've posted a NOTD! I'm sorry I've failed you polish lovers, I'll do better :) This mani consists of a Color Club hot pink [the name rubbed off! It's one of their scented ones though], a Sally Girl neon orange [it doesn't have a name again! Ugh!], topped with Essie's Shine Of The Times and NYC's Matte Me Crazy topcoat. 

I'm not too crazy about how it looks matte. This is my first matte top coat so I'm somewhat underwhelmed. Bleh, I hate when that happens. Anywho, here's the mani :)

Counter-Clockwise:

• The polishes alone
• The polishes topped with Shine Of The Times
• All of the polishes matte

Have you jumped on the BB Cream craze? Why or why not? If so, which do you use?

I, personally, don't think I'll try a bb cream. Two reasons: 

1.  I need a heavier coverage.
2.  I'm oily as crap!

My First OOTD!!

I never thought I'd actually want to do an OOTD. I don't necessarily think I have style and I don't look good [my opinion] in pictures taken by others. But I got my first high-lo top and I couldn't wait to wear it! This is what I wore to a birthday gathering.

W*Wednesday:: NYX Girl's Glosses

Hey Guys

It's time for my first Wack/Win Wednesday and today I'll be talking about the NYX Girls Glosses. If you aren't exactly sure what this segment is, click here to find out all about it!

It's a because...

• They're not sticky 
• They last for about 2-3 hours
• They keep my lips moisturized
• They're SUPER cheap!
• They come in a wide variety of colors

I love these glosses and I cannot wait to get more! If you want to buy them online, you can click here [they're on sale at the moment!] The only thing you have to watch out for is making sure the color in the tube is the same on your lips. Apricot & Strawberry are more sheer.

Beauty Supply Store Haul!!

Hey Guys!!

I recently discovered a BSS that sold some NYX & Ruby Kisses products so I decided to just get a few things I'd been curious of. I also picked up some Nicka K lipsticks as well.

Here's a look of all the products I got

Products from L-R:

• Nicka K lipstick in Lavender Tint
• Nicka K lipstick in Orange Tint
• NYX Girls gloss in Pinky Natural
• NYX Girls gloss in Apricot
• NYX Girls gloss in Doll Pink
• NYX lip liner pencil in Fuchsia
• NYX lip liner pencil in Deep Purple
• Ruby Kisses 3D Face Creator concealer in Level 14

As you can see I went slightly lip product crazy!! Haha, here are swatches:

I have a feeling this concealer may be slightly too light for me. You can see the drastic contrast between my skin color and it's color, but we'll see!
