Updated Foundation Routine

Hey Guys!! 
There are some new products I picked up from Sephora and I'll be trying them out for the next couple of weeks, so.... I have a new foundation routine!!




The new products I'll be using are:

• Clinique Stay Matte Oil-Free foundation [sample] [Full size $23]
• Sephora Collection Microsmooth Foundation Face Powder [$22]

I've heard people talk about these new products and I wanted to see how they work for me. I also picked up a full size of my favorite face primer: Korres Pomegranate Mattifying Face Primer

A Few FOTDs

Hey Guys!
I upload "Get Ready With Me" videos almost every other day on my YouTube channel, so you guys should really stop by and see how I do my face! These are just some pictures of the most recent ones:

I don't claim to be a MUA and I'm sure a lot of my looks look similar, even though I try to switch it up sometimes. My GRWM videos are basically how I'm wearing my makeup that day, so you'll rarely see really out there makeup looks unless someone requests it. I'm documenting my progression and I think by me practicing I honestly am getting better. It's a progress and I encourage you guys to follow me on my journey!!

Overall, for $10 a month, I don't think this is a bad monthly subscription at all. I especially like that its geared towards WOC and I'll definitely be looking forward to my second box!

|HAUL| La Femme Blushes ::First Impressions && Swatches::

Hey Guys!
 I finally took the plunge and bought some La Femme Blushes! Now, if you haven't heard of them, they're insanely pigmented blushes that only cost $2.50 for the pan form [$3.00 in a container]! Also, the great thing is that shipping is only $2.99, so they really are a steal! After seeing my friend Ro's pictures on Instagram of the ones she'd ordered, I wanted some too! I only got 7, but they have 30+ colors you can choose from. 


The shipping was actually pretty quick. I placed my order last Friday and they showed up today [Thursday], so less than a week. That's great, in my opinion. You can order La Femme Blushes from http://MakeupMania.com.


Now on to Pictures && Swatches!!

In case you can't read the writing, the seven blushes I picked are:

• Sienna
• Coral
• Grape - Glitter
• Peach
• Lilac Champagne - Glitter
• Rose
• Purple Passion - Glitter

THOUGHTS:

My favorite, by far, may be a surprise to you.... It's Sienna!! I know it looks dull in the pan, but as you can see by the swatch, its such a neutral pinky brown. I love it!! Lilac Champagne & Rose are somewhat similar but Rose definitely has more of a yellow undertone. Grape and Purple Passion are nothing alike, something I was worried about when I ordered. Purple Passion is full of sparkle, though, so if that's not your thing, you may want to stick to Grape [less sparkle]. Grape also leans more pink than purple to me. Peach isn't that bright in person, my flash brightened it up a bit, it'd be great for a neutral blush. Coral is RED! Haha I don't see much orange undertones, it's most definitely a soft red.

I will be purchasing more La Femme Blushes! I can see why they have such a cult following!

Influenster Spring Beauty VoxBox

Hey Guys! I was fortunate enough to be picked to receive an Influenster VoxBox.!

Thoughts:

I LOVE this box!! I think I'll get use out of everything in there!

•  I already ate the SoyJoy bar [I had to! I'd opened it already for pictures] and I know it doesn't look very appetizing, but its delicious. If it didn't have 12g of sugar in it, I'd go out and buy a box of them. 
• Japanese Cherry Blossom is my favorite scent from B&BW, so you could imagine my dance when I saw which one I received!
• The Dr Scholl's couldn't come at a better time, because I love my recent heels I've bought, but gel inserts definitely help!
• I'm not a big fan of ChapStick, BUT it never hurts to have an extra one laying around for emergency purposes.
• I'm travelling a lot this summer, so the Aveeno travel body wash will come in handy, for sure!
• I'm not really into animal print, but I am going to use the Sally Hansen nail effects for accent nails. Easier cleanup than glitter!
• The SheerCover concealer is very creamy! I think I'll only use it under my eyes to get the "Kim Kardashian" look because I think it's too light for the blemishes on my face.
