Sneak Peek:: NYX + Rimmel Lippie Haul!

I recently racked up on a couple lip products & I wanted to share them with you. I picked up some of my favorites from the NYX Butter Lipstick and (new) Butter Gloss line and some Rimmel chubby sticks (that I didn't even know about!). Let me know which products you want to see swatches of first!

HAUL:: Rimmel ScandalEYES Eye Shadow Sticks

Hey Guys!

I picked up five of the new shadow pencils from Rimmel, there are nine in all.

[T-B]: Blamed Blue | Tempting Turquoise | Bad Bronze | Blackmail | Bulletproof Beige 

These retail for $4.99 and are extremely creamy and pigmented. They can be used as bases or as shadows on their own.

Have You Seen These Around Your Drugstores? I think they're worth picking up.

MAC Pigment Haul + Swatches

Hey Guys!

I ordered a few MAC pigments from Makeup Geek's website and I was pretty happy with my purchases so I wanted to share them with you!

Clockwise: Reflects Blackened Red | Reflects Antique Gold | Museum Bronze | Reflects Turquatic

SWATCHES:

The only one I was disappointed in was the Reflects Turquatic because it's more of a glitter, but I guess it could work over a pretty blue shadow.

So, are there any other pigments you suggest I should get? Because, I am definitely buying more! lol

Mini Drugstore Lippie Haul + Swatches!!!

I picked up a few lipsticks these past couple of weeks. Two from Milani and two from Revlon.

The Milani lipsticks have a very loud watermelon scent and it's apparent as you're applying, but it disappears. They are somewhat less moisturizing than I expected, but if you put on a lipbalm before, you'll be fine. They're super opaque.

The Revlon lipsticks are much creamier in texture and opaque as always. I've been wanting Cherries In The Snow forever! It's a really pretty color. [Revlon Cosmetics & Beauty Tools are 40% off this week at Rite Aid!!]

Lipstick Haul From MAC's Strength & Apres Chic Collections

Hey Guys!! 
MAC released their Strength & Apres Chic collections on December 26th in stores. I picked up one lipstick from each: Strong Woman and Apres Chic.

Strong Woman is a matte red toned purple.

Apres Chic is a creamsheen and is described as a pinky brick red.


I love both of these formulas. Apres Chic looks like a nice coral for darker skin tones. For the record, Strong Woman is not a dupe for Heroine, it's much more red toned than Heroine but beautiful in it's own right.

Small High End Haul + Swatches

Hey Guys!
I purchased the Urban Decay Vice Palette & MAC Rebel lipstick. I'm super excited about both of these purchases.

[T-B]  Desperation | Junkie | Provocateur | Nevermind

[T-B] Muse | Chaos | Rapture | Echo Beach

[T-B] Jagged | Occupy | Vice | Anonymous

[T-B] Blitz | Unhinged | Noise | Freebird

[T-B] Penny Lane | Black Market | Armor | Laced

 All of these shadows except two [Provocateur and Freebird] are extremely smooth and pigmented. Those two shadows are kind of chunky with glitter. There are two completely matte shades [Anonymous and Laced] and the rest have a sheen or metallic finish. It also comes with a double ended brush that's really good quality. I'm so happy I picked it up!

MUA Cosmetics Haul [+Swatches]!!!!

Atlanta Haul!!!

Hey Guys!

My boyfriend and I went to Atlanta for the day to spend some time at Six Flags. While there, I had to stop by the awesome Beauty Supply Store I'd been hearing so many people in that area talk about. I didn't get as much as I would've liked, but I shall be back :)

The lip products were a bust!! :( That lipstick is not the one I wanted! It was in the Magenta Madness slot and I was so happy to be in "beautyland" I didn't check the sticker!! Dumb Ashley. Also, that NYX gloss is super sheer and is not the color in the tube, sadly. Other than that, I'm super excited about my haul! Be on the look out for a look I've done with that palette. Small Rite Aid Haul

Hey Guys!!

If you didn't know, Rite Aid is having a 40% off sale on Wet N Wild!! It ends Saturday July 28th ['Like' my FB page. I always let you know about the great makeup deals!].

I only picked up a few things:

I got a backup of the Comfort Zone palette [My favorite one out of the three], two single eye shadows in Trashed[love that name haha] & Nutty, and lastly a lip liner in Berry Red.

|HAUL| NYX & L.A. Colors

I'm constantly buying stuff haha. It's an addiction I have. I can't really say I'm trying too hard to break it either. Maybe one day =) This haul isn't huge, just a few things. 


I picked up two NYX matte lipsticks:

• Shocking Pink- A very bright blue based pink. It really lives up to it's name!
• Maison- A dark, muddy brown. I thought this would be a great nude, but it's very unnatural looking.

Both of the lipsticks have a great formula, and although they're matte, they're not drying [my opinion]. I just remembered that NYX's Soft Matte Cremes aren't drying either, they seem to have gotten the balance down pat!

I also picked up one of the new trios from L.A. Colors in Sunflower.

Sunflower includes a light gold, a coppery bronze, and more true to color bronze. I can't wait to use it in my collection!
